All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by EuroMarks. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without the permission of EuroMarks. You may not modify, distribute or re-post anything on this website for any purpose.
Accuracy of Content
EuroMarks has taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at time of publishing and all products have been fairly described. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website. All prices are displayed inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise, and where applicable. For a VAT receipt please email us. The weights, dimensions and capacities given are approximate only. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account and any activities that occur under your account. EuroMarks shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise as a result of any failure by you to protect your password or account.
The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order. While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
Delivery of orders
Our delivery is free to mainland UK addresses. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated time-scales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors and all goods and products are subject to availability. We will do our best to get all orders despatched as quickly as possible. We have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered. You have the right to cancel delayed orders at any time and get a refund prior to the item being despatched.
There are additional charges for UK highland addresses. Please contact us to check for the delivery charges before placing an order. We are happy to deliver our products to anywhere in the UK but please ask for postage quote first for Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Offshore Isles, Guernsey, Jersey, AB31 to AB38, AB41 to AB45, AB51 to AB56, BT, FK19 to FK21, HS1 to HS9, KA27 to KA28, IV1 to IV32, IV36, IV40 to IV56, KW1 to KW17, PA20 to PA49, PA60 to PA88, PH1, PH5 to PH10, PH 15 to PH26, PH30 to PH44, ZE1 to ZE3
Changing or cancelling orders
In the first instance please email us with your change / cancellation details. If you have received the order and you wish to change / cancel goods we will apply a charge based upon the direct cost to recover and/or redeliver goods. We request that changed / cancelled items are returned in their original packaging.
Any discrepancies must be reported as soon as is reasonable after delivery, preferably within 24hrs. On arrival, if packaging appears damaged it is recommended that this is marked on the delivery note before you sign.
On delivery: Should an item be missed or appear not delivered then we request that you notify us as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours of initial receipt of delivery.
On assembly: Should a part appear missing from an item please report the item that is missing the part along with a description of part you believe to be missing. In both the above instances replacement goods or parts will be dispatched as soon as possible.
Damaged Goods: Damaged goods must be reported as soon as is reasonable after the delivery, preferably within 24 hours of receipt of goods. Contact us with a full description and photographs of the fault, using our damaged items form. We will contact you to arrange repair, replacement or refund of your damaged items provided you notify us within 14 days of receipt of your items, or if a valid warranty period still applies.
Items must be returned unused and in a saleable condition, and packaged in their original packaging or packaging of equivalent quality. If these conditions are not met we may make deductions from refunds to cover the associated costs of processing returned items.
Changes to Legal Notices
We reserve the right to change these terms & conditions from time to time and you should look through them as often as possible.
